Stephen joined the University of 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 in September 2023 and currently works as a Teaching Fellow in the Education School. He is the Associate Programme Lead for the BSc Education & Psychology programme. Stephen teaches on a range of undergraduate and postgraduate modules and supervises students who are completing dissertations as part of the MSc Education programme. He created and serves as the module lead on a philosophy of education module for 3rd year undergraduates.
Alongside his teaching responsibilities, Stephen is engaged in a range of research activities. He previously served as the Principal Investigator of the Sustainable Careers Project while at the University of Edinburgh. Stephen is presently working with colleagues in 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 Education School on a project that seeks to examine how generative AI tools are contributing to and challenging teachers’ research-informed practice. Stephen's personal research interests include topics such as the artistry of teaching, conceptions of teaching and education in the context of a rapidly changing world of work, and the implications of technological advances for teaching.
