S3RI have access to an extensive software library covering several hundred common and specialist applications spanning a wide range of subject areas.

Please note that the following list is intended as a guide to commonly used packages in the S3RI PC Lab and it is important to confirm software availability before booking.

Custom software may be installed by arrangement, with a lead time of at least four weeks. It is not possible for course organisers to install software themselves or have software deployed on the day of the course. All custom software must be accompanied with proof of licensing.

The base operating system in the PC Lab is Microsoft Windows XP Professional with installed antivirus software. Printing support for a colour laser printer and both network and local storage for course data and user files?are available.
