Schools?are encouraged to explore opportunities for students to spend a period of study at a partner institution outside of the UK as an intrinsic part of their academic programme.
There are generally two types of such opportunities: student exchanges and study abroad arrangements. A ‘student exchange’ as an activity which involves both outgoing and incoming students from a partner institution. Both cohorts may study under similar but not necessarily identical arrangements.
A ‘study abroad’ activity is defined as one which involves only outgoing or incoming students. Either opportunity must be a recognised part of a University of 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 programme. The period abroad could either be in place of study otherwise undertaken at 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 or an additional study period which is an option detailed in the programme specification.
