Ilias Skandalos received his MSc degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2017 and his Ph.D. degree from the University of 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 in 2023.

Since 2023, he is a Research Fellow in the Optoelectronics Research Centre (ORC) at the University of 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 (Photonic Systems Circuits and Sensors Group).
