I completed my PhD in 2016 at the University of 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载, funded by the School of Primary Care Research as a NIHR doctoral student. My PhD included a mixed-methods feasibility study of a community based intervention for severe Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME (CFS/ME) and a national scoping exercise on service provision for severe CFS/ME in England.

Having worked over the past 18 years both in qualitative research and clinical trials, my current areas of interestinclude:
- the use of qualitative research techniques to support and optimise recruitment within Randomised Controlled Trials (RCTs) and to support, inform and assist in the interpretation of RCT results

The use of qualitative research to study communication between clinicians and patients, especially within primary care - Patient and Public Involvement, and Engagement, including the co-development of new interventions in partnership with current and/or recovered patients.
I also have a particular interest in Patient and Public Involvement, especially the co-development of new interventions in partnership with current and/or recovered patients.
