How to access our support

To access our support, please follow the two-step process below:

Step 1 - Sending supporting information

If you require reasonable adjustments for your studies, or exam arrangements such as extra time, we ask that you send us supporting information as soon as possible so that we can be fully informed about how best to support you during your time at university

If you have not already done so, please send any supporting documentation you have of your condition to us via The Student Hub. Please fill the subject of your email as 'Transition Programme 2025 - Supporting information for the Student Disability and Inclusion Team'.

Please do not worry if you do not currently have any supporting documentation of your condition. Please proceed to step 2 below and complete our request for support form as there is a variety of support that may be available to you without this.

Step 2 - Complete our request for support form

Once you have sent us your supporting information (if you have this), please complete the request for support form:

If you have any issues completing the form or you would like to provide your details in an alternative way, you can contact our team via The Student Hub.

What happens next?

Your form will be reviewed by our team and we will let you know the outcome. If an appointment is arranged for you, you are welcome to bring your supporter, such as a parent or guardian, with you to join the online session.

If a student support appointment is arranged for you, please see the guidance below to find out how you can prepare for this.
