Graduate Capital Model

Making use of the Graduate Capital Model

There are various ways across the University of 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 and at other universities, in which the Graduate Capital Model is being used to help students to develop life-long skills that will help them to navigate and negotiate their future careers.

  • Mentoring - students reflect upon, identify and prioritise gaps in their Capitals.??Mentors then support them to develop and work on their priority areas.
  • Curriculum content - academic colleagues designing programme and module content in line with the Learning Outcomes.
  • Placement preparation - supporting the career development of second year students as they apply for placements.
  • Tutorials - results of the Career Readiness Test being used to support conversations with students about their futures.
