As well as acting as a hub for world-leading research, the Department of Strategy Innovation and Entrepreneurship provides incubation and enterprise support for small and medium-sized enterprises and social enterprises and acts a focal point for the delivery of entrepreneurship education within the University of 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 and beyond.
We are in the process of establishing an Innovation Space to support user-driven open innovation and co-creation with consumers and businesses to develop new products and services. This will involve the establishment of both a virtual and physical incubator unit within 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 Business School, supported by our contacts with 3M and IBM.
Examples of our engagement activities with commercial and industrial partners include:

- discussing the future of physical shopping with TESCO Labs – with Winchester School of Art
- delivering engagement strategy for Business South/Enterprise South’s tenant companies
- creating strategy for NHS Unit to expand commercial service offering in collaboration with Solent, and Bournemouth NHS Trusts

- developing potential KTP opportunities with Hemel Hempstead-based finance company
- creating visit and hosting opportunities for future MBA cohorts in the US and in the Caribbean
