Stu studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 from 1986-89, and now splits his time between being a private company investor and his commitment to improving the outcomes for young people and education. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and then spent 30 years in the private equity industry. He was formerly a trustee of addiction charity Change Grow Live and a non-executive board member of the Education and Skills Funding Agency.

Today, Stu is a senior adviser to Duke Street and is a non-executive director of Ardent Hire Solutions and Delfield Precision Engineering. He is also a non-executive board member of the Department for Education and chairs the Department’s Audit and Risk Committee, as well as being a Trustee of Save the Children UK.
