In November 2024, alongside the UniForum exercise, we also undertook the Teaching Effort Benchmarking (TEB) pilot. Phil Wright, Senior Vice-President (Academic) will be hosting some sessions during June to discuss the TEB results.
The exercise highlighted that we have a complex set of courses and programmes at 天发娱乐棋牌_天发娱乐APP-官网|下载 compared to many universities. Whilst we have already done a lot of work in this area, the data will help inform our planning for how we can achieve our growth ambitions and balance workload to support our staff.
The Town Halls will offer colleagues a chance to ask questions and understand more about the early thinking we have about next steps from assessing these results.
