The appraisal window opened for all staff on 1 June 2025. All appraisal meetings must have taken place, with online appraisal forms fully completed, by 15 September 2025. Arrange your appraisal meeting(s) now to allow time to prepare.
All new appraisers, and those who have not completed the previous ‘Appraising with confidence’ or ‘License to Appraise’ workshops, must complete the Appraisal Knowledge Assessment before carrying out any meetings.
