The ADEPT approach
We have unique experience in electrodeposition that will allow us to produce thermoelectric, memory and IR detection devices at the smallest size, in hosts with features with sizes from 10s of ?m to below 10 nm. In this new programme we will apply this expertise to four challenges that will push the limits of the techniques and pave the way toward their applications in real fabrication processes.
